In a special Season 7 holiday episode of Long Island Medium on TLC, after months and countless entries, the first ever, LIVE Long Island Medium Knock and Shock sweepstakes winner was announced. Unlike Theresa’s other Twitter-based sweepstakes, this season-long sweepstakes involved Theresa showing up at a person’s house unannounced, and on live television.

It was the scream heard around the world when Theresa knocked on the contest winner’s door in New Orleans on this first ever LIVE Knock and Shock.
